We make planning your wedding entertainment simple, enjoyable, and stress-free! Here’s what to expect as we work together to create the perfect soundtrack for your big day:
🗓️ Meeting 1: Kickoff Planning Session

🎶 We’ll chat about your vision for the day, covering:
- The overall vibe and style of your wedding.
- Music preferences, including any must-plays or do-not-plays.
- Venue setup details, like the dance floor and sound system.
📋 You’ll also receive: - A checklist of what we’ll need from you, including formality songs, timing for key events, and other key details.
- An entertainment runsheet/timeline tailored to your plans, created during the meeting.
🗓️ Meeting 2: Finalising the Details
🎶 Held closer to your wedding date, this meeting is all about perfecting the plan:
- Confirm your timeline, special song choices, and any last-minute requests.
- Discuss the flow of the evening to ensure a seamless experience.
- Double-check any logistical details, like set-up times and equipment needs.
🎶 Ceremony Entertainment
Whether you opt for live acoustic performances or a DJ, we’ll create the perfect atmosphere for your ceremony and pre-reception. Here’s what we provide:
- 🎤 Acoustic or DJ options tailored to your preferences.
- 🔋 Powered or battery-powered setups for locations with or without electricity.
- 🎶 30 minutes of background music as guests arrive.
- 🎵 Ceremonial songs to accompany key moments like walking down the aisle, signing the registry, and the recessional.
- 🎶 Background music for canapés/cocktail hour while you’re off capturing those beautiful photos.
- 📦 Equipment pack-down and move to the reception area, ensuring a seamless transition.
📌 Important Note: Your officiant/celebrant will need to bring their own microphone and sound setup, as our equipment is dedicated to the music and entertainment for your ceremony.

Your reception is where the party really comes to life, and we’re here to make it unforgettable:

- 📦 Pack-up: After the reception concludes, we’ll discreetly pack everything up.
